As a conscientious breeder, experienced Mini Pig counselors, and die-hard Mini Pig lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our Mini Pig. However, certain things are never in our control. A Mini Pig health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help, oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your Mini Pig will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!
Our Health Guarantee:
We do not believe your Mini Pig is replaceable but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of a Mini Pig within two years from its birth due to genetics, or if the Mini Pig is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your Mini Pig, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.In the event of the death of a Mini Pig, due to genetics, after ten years of birth, we will issue a credit in the amount of 70% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement Mini Pig of equivalent value. What Our Health Guarantee Covers
This guarantee is valid for one (1) full year from the date of purchase and covers any health-related conditions that are congenital, hereditary, or arise due to health issues present at the time of sale.If your Mini Pig experiences any health-related problem within this period, we will take full responsibility, which may include:
Covering veterinary treatment costs,
Offering a replacement Mini Pig of equal value, or
Providing a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Coverage Period
Your guarantee starts on the day you take your Mini Pig home and remains valid until the same date the following year.
Important Notes:
The issue must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian and documented with a formal veterinary report.
The guarantee does not cover injuries, illnesses caused by neglect, accidents, or non-health-related issues (e.g., behavioral concerns).
You must notify us as soon as a health issue is detected and provide supporting documentation.
We will work closely with you to arrange appropriate care or compensation, depending on the case.
What We Need From You:
Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy Mini Pig to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your Mini Pig remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your Mini Pig. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your Mini Pig will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your Mini Pig.The daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including all the recommended immunizations and examinations. While we de-worm and vaccinate your pup till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 9 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).
Exceptions To Our Guarantee:
We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings or breeding ability of your new Mini Pig. No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dysplasia, are over-weight. Failure to provide your Mini Pig with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undecided testes.

At Mini Pigs Paradise, we understand how important it is that your new Mini Pig matches your expectations in both appearance and personality.
We take pride in providing accurate, up-to-date photos, descriptions, and behavioral notes for each Mini Pig listed on our website. However, in the rare event that the Mini Pig you receive is significantly different from what was described or shown, you are eligible for a full refund and may return the Mini Pig.
What Qualifies as a “Significant Difference”:
The Mini Pig’s color or breed type is clearly different from the one pictured.
The gender of the Mini Pig is incorrect.
The Mini Pig has an undisclosed health issue present at the time of delivery.
The personality or temperament is vastly different from what was communicated (e.g., you were promised a calm, affectionate Mini Pig but received an aggressive or fearful one).
Buyer Responsibilities:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your Mini Pig if you believe there is a significant discrepancy.
A licensed veterinarian report may be required in case of health-related concerns.
The Mini Pig must be returned in safe, healthy condition and must not have been exposed to any harm, neglect, or stressful environments.
